Kathy recently sent me copies of all of my brothers and sisters CD's that she made. Who else in our family cares enough to do this ?
Mom made Kathy the keeper of the pictures for a reason, I just wish I would have had mom put it in writing two years ago.
I for one will always cherish the CD's, it's looking more and more like that's all we have left as our family unit continues to deteriorate.
What a sad time in our lives....I doubt that even Dr. Phil could help us :(
Thank you Peg, I spent all winter going through Mom's pictures scanning, organizing and making the DVD's and putting all mom's things that she had saved on all of us into scrapebooks. Why don't any of them want her scrapebooks? By the way I still have one that is not done yet. Maybe someone will ask for that to finish for her. Mom was tickled that I took intrest in keeping them in good shape and loved it that they meant so much to me, and that I was taking the time to do something with them....only to be accused of holding them hostage now. If they were so interested in stuff like that where were they when we cleaned out Mom's house or why didn't they want them before now? Yes you are right about the deterioration of our family unit...I don't think even Dr. Phil could fix it. Is the whole problem that I have something of Mom's that they can't have?
